Payment
Payment via PayPal or Credit Card please.
Canadian Residents will need to pay applicable GST/HST & PST charges.
US and International Residents DO NOT need to pay any taxes.
All prices are in US Dollars. If you prefer to pay in a different currency, PayPal and our credit card processor can convert the amount for you automatically.
Manual Orders (not placed on our website) and payments made with Interac E-Transfers (Canada only) will be subject to a $7.50 service charge.
Shipping
***Important Note about Shipping Charges***
We refund shipping overages. Some orders may get charged too much shipping as rates vary greatly between States & Provinces. If your order was charged too much shipping, we will refund the excess to you automatically after your order has shipped. We ship everything through the Postal System from British Columbia, Canada.
Shipments
usually take between 1-2 weeks to get to you if you are in the USA but may occasionally take longer
depending on customs clearance.
Overseas orders (Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, etc) can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to get to you depending on customs clearance.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will gladly exchange your pattern and other supplies should you decide that
it wasn't what you were wanting as long as it is unopened, unused and
uncut and still in original new condition. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping
charges involved.
We can only exchange an item if it is in the original and unused/uncut condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with an approved Return Authorization number. Contact us for details if you need to return/exchange an item.
Any refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee is waived if you want to keep the credit on file with us to use towards a future order.
Finished Dolls, Kits, Hair Yarn, Wool Batting & Roving, Cut Fabrics or other customized products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
Should there be a problem with your item, or anything be damaged, please contact us right away so we can rectify the situation.
Custom Dolls
We do have a limited number of openings each month for Custom Doll orders. If you are interested in having a custom doll made for you please contact us so we can get all of the information to you.Additional FAQ's, Wholesale and Quantity Discounts
